ConvyAI is a conversational AI system that stands out in the market for its ability to understand needs and execute processes based on natural language interactions. ConvyAI ensures understanding of the need and performs an associated action, potentially interacting with the entire chain of systems to engage without the need for code development.
Donors Ware
Donors Ware is a middleware software that enables ConvyAI to interact with the most common donor databases used by nonprofit organizations.
Donors Ware makes it easy to integrate (read and write) donor data with conversational systems, acquisition channels, and transaction management. For example, it allows you to create new donor profiles, retrieve tax certification data, and record actions performed by existing supporters.
The component is customized within the implementation projects to make the donor experience more seamless, giving consistency to the organization’s communication.
WCS
WCS (Web Customer Service) is an omnichannel donor service system that allows organizations to communicate with their customers through digital touchpoints such as chat, messaging, social media, video, and collaboration tools.
One of the key strengths of the solution is its high integration capabilities in complex environments, which ensures long-term investment value and the ability to handle both real-time and asynchronous contacts (e.g., WhatsApp) to optimize the operator’s work time.
N2C
N2C (Next-Generation Contact Center) is a multifunctional agent desktop designed to provide large call centers with a solution that combines all the necessary work tools: contact management, channels, CRM, and backend applications.
N2C is highly customizable in every aspect, allowing the user interface to align with the brand, and any open tool can be used and centralized within it.
N2C is natively integrated with Amazon Connect to ensure native support for voice channel.
CRAB
CRAB has three fundamental functions:
- Constantly update operators on the visitor/donor’s situation by providing necessary information and actions in the toolbar.
- With integration with ConvyAI, it can make decisions not only based on real-time events but also on the visitor/donor’s profile and interaction history.
- Provide a centralized analytics system (channels – BOT – agent – third-party components) that analyzes any moment of the donor journey.
